What to Expect

Now that you have decided to put replacement siding on your home, what’s next? Our Francis Harvey & Sons siding installation crew will walk you through the job from start to finish. They will answer any questions you have.

First Steps

Your house will be inspected for any wood that needs to be replaced.  Once the rotted wood is replaced, the house is wrapped, if necessary, for additional exterior protection.

Next, the outside corners, followed by the trim around the windows and doors are installed.  The starter strip of siding is applied at the bottom of the wall.  The rest of the siding is than installed from the bottom up.

Finishing Touches

Soffit and trim needed to complete the job is installed at the end.  Our crews will clean up all leftover materials and remove them. As a final step, our siding experts will walk through the completed job with you.

Follow-up

Once your siding project is complete, we provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty details, our own warranty and Francis Harvey & Sons' Platinum Pledge. But, wait there's more!
